04/16/2008 Mae with The Honorary Title & Between the Trees Meridian- Houston, TX

I dragged the boyfriend to this show too. I really really wanted to see The Honorary Title. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed Between the Trees' set. BTT were super fun & really engaging. Jarrod Gorbel of THT was a little zoned out but I wouldn't have it any other way. Great show, I would love to see them (THT) again.  Off topic but I recently saw a video of Jarrod & Jack Antonoff of Steel Train (more on them later!)  Link to video!

07/06/2008 Warped Tour 2008 Sam Houston Race Park- Houston, TX

This Warped go around I went with my best friend Pilar. We were both pretty amped for Paramore, but due to Pilar's serious dehydration ;) we had to cut it short and make due with Between the Trees & Katy Perry. BTT was well worth it though; we caught up with them afterwards at their merch booth for a picture.

11/15/2008 Copeland with Lydia, LIGHTS, & Lovedrug The Door- Dallas, TX Jonathan & I traveled to Dallas for this show. I really wanted to see Lydia & he was up for it! Turns out LIGHTS was pretty rad. Lydia was definitely amazing. I just wished Mindy got to sing more.

05/01/2009 Death Cab for Cutie Austin Music Hall- Austin, TX I don't remember this concert. Yes, I regret it. Big time. Come back to Texas DCFC so I can redeem myself. Please?

09/24/09 Blink 182 with Fall Out Boy, All-American Rejects, & Asher Roth Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion- Houston, TX

Definitely one of the funnest concerts I've ever been to. I mean, how epic is it to see Blink 182? Come on now! So great, especially Travis Barker doing his sexy spinning drum solo. Uhm, yes please.
