Relient K with Pillar & Grits
Six Flags Over Texas- Dallas, TX
I do believe this was the first non-rodeo concert I've gone too. It was at Six Flags over Texas in Dallas & I went with a church youth group. We just happened to see Matty T walking by & he kindly agreed to a picture! I remember scouting out empty seats to get closer to the stage! We all made shirts with our favorite lyrics on the back. Precious. It's crazy cause this was my first concert & I just happened to go with
Erin & now I've gone to MANY concerts with this girl! We are like musically connected, culturally compatible.

I don't remember this concert as much as the others. I do know that I went with my dear cousin
Leslee & we met up with the Methodist church group again. I also recall that I wore a gray shirt & definitely regretted that later on in the night.

Warped Tour 2005
Reliant Center- Houston, TX
This was my first festival experience & it was amazing. This was during my "screamo" faze. ;) So needless to say I was mainly going for Underoath, Atreyu, & Hawthorne Heights. I remember sweating A LOT & getting hit in the head with a battery. I also got my shirt signed by the guys in Hawthorne Heights & kept it in a ziplock bag & didn't wash it for.. months. Yeah, it was gross but I thought it was totally acceptable at the time. Oh, and I went with a girl named Jessica & her older sister Kat.

Thrice with Underoath, The Bled, & Veda
Warehouse Live- Houston, TX
This was another concert with
Leslee. I stood back behind the mosh pit & awkwardly screamed/sang the whole time. It was fun.
